SST 11 Sustainable Leadership in Crisis (UN-Certified by CIFAL Bangkok-UNITAR) (4 days)
HDFF in collaboration with CIFAL Bangkok created the “Sustainable Leadership in Crisis” training (certified by the UN CIFAL-Bangkok UNITAR) to increase participants’ awareness and proficiency while handling crisis situations prevalent in daily life and business operations. The training focuses on decision-making in crisis, situational awareness, risk mapping, and the development of risk mitigation strategies. It enables participants facing crisis situation, such as natural disasters, man-made accidents, and violent crimes in daily life, to mitigate crisis situations.
The training adheres closely to international regulations and takes into consideration best practices.
Objectives:
- Increase participants’ understanding of a proactive security attitude and the importance of decision-making in crisis; based on situational awareness as well as related risk assessments,
- Provide leaders with helpful tools and techniques needed to avoid or cope adequately in endangering or potentially dangerous situations.
- Receive a UN certificate from CIFAL Bangkok under UNITAR
