Last week, HDFF successfully conducted its five-day training on Result-Based Project Management (RBPM) and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at the Gold Orchid Hotel in Bangkok, from 09th to 13th June 2025. The training brought together participants from various backgrounds, aiming to strengthen their project management capacities by using a practical and results-oriented approach.

The training covered key modules including leadership and project design, performance indicators, risk management, financial planning, combined with monitoring and evaluation tools. Our participants engaged in hands-on group work and scenario-based exercises to improve the real-world application of what they learned.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with a general satisfaction of the content of 80%. Participants valued the interactive learning experience, and particularly the application of the “Problem Tree” methodology when faced with challenges in project planning.

The training concluded with group presentations allowing the participants to fully apply the knowledge they gained from the training in their organizations, and certificates awarding.

HDFF would like to thank all attendees and looks forward to supporting continued capacity development through future trainings.
