The Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF), based in Bangkok, Thailand is an officially registered Thai foundation since 2007. Its Human Development Training Program (HDTP) offers capacity-building open courses or “in-house” training to international organizations and corporations on topics such as leadership, general management skills, safety and security.

We believe that sharing knowledge and improving the management and safety skills of all employees of (inter)national government, organizations, and corporations will improve managerial capacities and strengthen the work of implementing personnel; thus contributing to the overall aim of improving performance, reducing human suffering and aiding development for those in need.

HDFF is pleased to announce its 2024 training courses organized by the HDTP. All  courses are conducted in English.

Our main location is Bangkok, Thailand although some courses may be conducted in nearby cities by the sea. All courses are carried out by experienced HDFF trainers in close cooperation with external experts, all holding significant international and organizational experience.

By covering a wide array of essential topics, we aim to improve general management skills as well as a safety culture for governments, organizations, and corporations in addition to enabling them through capacity building. Past satisfied participants include line managers as well as specialized safety personnel from governments, humanitarian organizations, UN agencies and corporations. Our high-quality trainings have been featured in Thai media,  reaching more than 2 million television viewers.
