SUMMARY:Results-Based Project Management (RBPM)
DESCRIPTION:Many (national) organizations that rely on donors for financial support to maintain\,  expand\, and create programs must be able to write strong proposals\, design needs-based projects\, draft LogFrames and budgets\, and have a basic idea of Monitoring and  Evaluation. On top of that\, a basic project risk assessment is crucial for any kind of project implementation. It helps in writing substantial assumptions in the LogFrame\, thus improving the quality of proposals and the project implementation.  This four-day workshop designed by HDFF seeks to build a strong understanding of the intertwined skills needed for safe project management using realistic scenario-based situations.   \nObjectives:  \n\nProject/proposal design with the help of problem/objective tree  \nLogFrame as a major design\, implementation\, monitoring\, and evaluation tool \nBudgeting and planning of the monitoring and evaluation of a project  \nBasic project risk management as an integral part of project management  \n\nDates: 30th September – 4th October \nLocation: Bangkok\, Thailand \nCost: $940 USD – Early Bird Discount (until 6 Sep\, 2024) \n$1\,040 USD Regular Price (before Sep 23rd\, 2024)

SUMMARY:Monitoring\, Evaluation\, Accountability and Learning (M.E.A.L.)
DESCRIPTION:Monitoring should be considered as an attitude underpinning everything you do. In Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) one can get lost in forests of sophisticated Excel tables and endless data collection tools\, and nearly drown in oceans of monitoring books treating it as a separate and sophisticated science. The more one gets into the topic\, the more complex it appears and the more overwhelmed and confused one becomes. Therefore\, HDFF with its experience in M&E as impact evaluators designed an easy-to-understand 4.5-day MEAL course focusing on core tools and experience. \nObjectives: \n\nTo help participants understand leadership basics\nTo increase understanding of the essence of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)\nTo increase the ability to differentiate between Monitoring and Evaluation\nTo apply practical M&E tools (LogFrame & indicators)\nTo help participants understand the learning process going along with M&E\n\nDate:  30 Sept. – 04 Oct 2024 \nLocation: Bangkok\, Thailand \nCost: Regular Price -$ 970 USD \nEarly Bird  -$ 820 USD
