DESCRIPTION:Many (national) organizations that rely on donors for financial support to maintain\,  expand\, and create programs must be able to write strong proposals\, design needs-based projects\, draft LogFrames and budgets\, and have a basic idea of Monitoring and  Evaluation. On top of that\, a basic project risk assessment is crucial for any kind of project implementation.
