Substitution/ Cancellation:
Substitution is allowed for a registered participant/delegate. Please note that transfer payments for all courses except HEAT must be made 10 working days prior to the commencement of the training as we cannot guarantee you a position after this time.
For HEAT payment a 70% down payment is requested 1 month before the start of training to ensure training venue, role players and experts, transportation, and accommodation. After that 100% payment need to be settled with the registration. Latest payments and the 30% final payments need to be done 10 days before training starts.
While a 35% refund will be given for cancellations received at least 10 days before the first day of training, no refund will be made for cancellation received less than 10 working days. Please note that transfer costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
