Many (national) organizations that rely on donors for financial support to maintain,  expand, and create programs must be able to write strong proposals, design needs-based projects, draft LogFrames and budgets, and have a basic idea of Monitoring and  Evaluation. On top of that, a basic project risk assessment is crucial for any kind of project implementation. It helps in writing substantial assumptions in the LogFrame, thus improving the quality of proposals and the project implementation.  This four-day workshop designed by HDFF seeks to build a strong understanding of the intertwined skills needed for safe project management using realistic scenario-based situations.

Objectives:

  1. Project/proposal design with the help of problem/objective tree
  2. LogFrame as a major design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation tool
  3. Budgeting and planning of the monitoring and evaluation of a project
  4. Basic project risk management as an integral part of project management
