HDFF and the Flood Prevention Competence Center Cologne are proud to celebrate 5 years of close cooperation in the field of flood prevention and disaster management. Community based flood prevention programs in Ayutthaya Province (Thailand), study trip to Cologne (Germany) , “Happy Family ” Rehabilitation Program and a just started study on comparing flood master plans from Rhine and Chaophraya are high lights of this very successful cooperation.
